THEME: SAFE, COMPLIANT & ACCOUNTABLE DRIVING IN CORPORATE LOGISTICS OPERATIONS

This workshop is designed to strengthen safety, compliance, and accountability among corporate drivers and logistics stakeholders involved in daily transport and delivery operations. It focuses on practical realities drivers face on the road and within corporate logistics systems.

Workshop Objectives

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  1. Practice safe driving behaviors on the road by following company rules, traffic laws, and approved routes during daily operations.
  2. Correctly complete and use transport documents such as fuel records, delivery notes, logbooks, and vehicle checklists.
  3. Manage vehicles, fuel, and deliveries responsibly to prevent losses, misuse, and disputes with supervisors or clients.
  4. Respond appropriately to accidents, breakdowns, and incidents, including reporting procedures and evidence documentation.
  5. Protect their jobs and professional reputation by understanding what is expected of them as corporate drivers and logistics staff.
